Service is a Safety Hazard
My wife cut her finger after the owner damaged her new watch. We brought her new hermes watch with the sticker still untouched for a battery replacement. Instead of informing us he did not have the tools to do the service and refuse the repair, he quoted us 20 usd and used tools that were not suitable for the replacement, scratching and denting the watch casing. The dent ended up cutting my wifes finger as shown in the image. Unprofessional.
