Love it! Except..
I love pats pets! Ever since I was a toddler I’ve went here to see the animals. I’ve gotten 2 pet rats a few months ago and they’re doing amazing! However, I do want to complain about something though. Their bedding in the store. All of the rodents and animals’ bedding. The ones they use create dust and the animals inhale it and can really damage them…that’s really all I’m worried and here to complain about! Other than that, amazing store :D
Live this place !
Worked here for years. I am here to tell you the pets especially the puppies are show much love and attention. Contrary to what people think they spend way more time outside of their kennels than in. See a vet at least once a week, are fed a high quality dog food, and receive all vaccines and worming UTD. They come from reputable breeders. I would not hesitate to buy a puppy here and recommend them highly!

I've been waiting 6 months for papers for my dog I purchased qt a purebred price. If you cannot provide this I will need to contact a lawyer.
Pats Pets horrible pet care
This store has never ever cared about its animals. They are very stressed and not cared about. The puppies lay on hard bottoms of cages, they lay in their own feces, and their toys even end up with feces on them but aren’t cleaned up. The small animals are eating each other and others are just chilling there about dead or are dead. (Lizards and such) Also, let’s mention the fact that all of the puppies come from puppy mills so they are sick.
