$60 unrefundable cake
They charged for a cake that they scheduled for the wrong date. They said they could cancel it with no refund(wtf) Then I picked it up anyways, just for it to be damaged. There were large holes and pieces of cake bread showing. They told me they couldn't fix it either. Not only did they not fix their first mistake, but they refused to compensate for their second mistake. It's amazing how I just wasted 60 hard-earned dollars to get griefed.
