Honest and fair
I have been going to Patricio for years never had a problem maybe sometimes he falls behind on the time of pick up but faster and cheaper than any other jewelry professional. If you are nasty he will come back at you ,just like any other human being 10 + rating
The worst. Lo mas horrible
This is the worst jewelry repair shop I have ever been to. Every time that I have use their services they make me wait minimum of two hours. If you lose your ticket it’s an extra five dollars. Also they never finish their work on time. I drove over two hours to pick up a watch and they were not ready. Patricio has no consideration for his customers. I waited a month to finally pick up my item. Unprofessional Only cares about money.
Horrible, don’t trust!
I took my ring to reduce the size at Patricio’s and my ring was round, it came out of it all crooked, and two days later the stone probably loosened because he had put a lot of force on the stone, I went back to fix it and this man was extremely rude, bad polite, nasty. I will never return and do not recommend. if you like your jewelry do not take this place.
The Best
He's been repairing my watches and jewelry for years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He just reset my engagement ring and It looks beautiful.
Messed up my watches
First we were given a time frame for him to finish the work. After we arrived for pick up, we had to wait an extra 5-20 minutes. Goes to show that the work was started late and rushed. Today one of watches has numbers 6 and 7 flying around within the glass like pong-pong. Horrible. A few bucks lost and a lesson learned.
