Do not go to this non corporate (privately own location or any others owned by them) multiple HIPAA, ADA and other violations (front half of store). Optometrist is good but probably should seek employment elsewhere due to sales/support staff. I’d see him again but not for that owner and with that front staff!!!!

Eye Doctor was Excellent. Went to order contacts and paid what they told me it was going to cost. Then got a phone call said I owed another $41 dollars to get all my contacts. I couldn’t get my money back because it was agains store policy. All sales are final even though it cost me more to get what I was told. or my other option was to only get 3 out of my 4 boxes that cost $60 to start per box with (different prescription in each eye so that wouldn’t work). I would be over paying for 3 boxes or have to pay more for 4 boxes. Company is worried about the company and not the customer. They didn’t check stuff before they told me and told me that I was screwed and couldn’t do anything about it. Either lose the money I paid, over pay for 3/4 of the product or pay more for what I was told I was going to get. To top it all off when I was trying to figure it out I got told that was the options and got hung up on Because they wouldn’t explain to me why. Kept on saying it wasn't their fault
