Lack of Professionalism
Worst customer service experience ever! I have been a customer for a few years and until today had good experiences. When my son and I approached the store an employee locked the door. Then as we stood there another employee came to unlock it and let us in, when I said that the other girl just shut and locked it in front of us, she told me that she was sure that didn't happen...I guess I'm a liar. They offered no apology. Then as I was helping my son fill out the paperwork I was asked to leave because of other customers, there were no other customers in the office. FYI - we were both wearing masks. When I asked why didn't she tell me at the door, she said it was a new rule. I guess rules change as needed? The ladies were quite rude and unprofessional, guess the weeks off dulled their customer service skills. We won't be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know.
