POOR customer service
My family and I received poor customer service at this store. An older woman was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She never greeted us when we came in, looking away, and even walking away to her register. My husband approached her and asked for a tester for a certain perfume. She told us that we could not test that particular perfume (one hand on her hip the whole entire time) and felt the need to tell us that the "majority" of people knew what it smelled like and perhaps we should go next door. As she was carelessly attending to us, a customer came in and she walked away to assist them. Never ever again will we visit Perfumania.
