Poor Quality Parts
Poor quality repairs they charged me $217 to change a screen which was supposedly “original parts” but didn’t last me 2 months before two lines appeared in the middle of the screen. Took it back and they claimed I dropped the phone which I didn’t the worker there keep denying it and won’t let me talk he straight up said “oh we don’t cover that the warranty is automatically voided when that happened” so I would not recommend this place to no one because there warranty does not cover anything obviously the sales person was very rude and won’t allow me to talk to the manager and states he’s the manager but turns out he’s just the sales person. Money is not a problem with me but very unprofessional and I’ll take my businesses somewhere else where they actually help you out in a situation like mine and they actually guarantee their original parts.
