Avoid this store!
The quick review: save yourself $150 and just go take a photo with your iPhone out in the mall. The quality will be better.
The longer story: prepped for a week for this photo of my 13-year old twins. New clothes. Hair styled right before the photo appointment. And generally just corralling two teenagers to something they didn't necessarily want to do.
Get there: lots of waiting. The photographer was friendly, but when it was time to review the photos:
- Although the photographer seemed to have taken at least 100 shots, there were only 18 for us to review.
- Of the 18 we reviewed, nearly half were too dark, poor lighting on faces, eyes were closed, etc.
- The printed sheets were very dark, both from the original photo and poor printing.
So basically the annual photo of the twins was unusable; nothing high enough quality for a holiday card; and lots of time and money wasted.
BTW, just called the store to express my concern. The first words out of the person's mouth: 'the USB-drive you purchased is non-refundable.' No apologies, no action plan to remedy, just a "sucks to be you" attitude.
