Horrible customer service
We went to get my granddaughters ears pierced. We arrived 5min after opening and was told "I need 5 to 10 minutes I just open and I need to go to bank" by a not friendly person. we walked arund the mall for and came back at 11:30. This person looked up saw us and said nothing. She finished doing what she was doing walked out of the booth and looked at and said I need another 5 min i need to go to the bank. We went to Claires and had great person
