Piercing Pagoda - Fort Myers, Florida 33901 - 9081 - Edison Mall

Not once but twice did this happen to me: I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect I could not believe it. I had two purchases within this year where I bought a warranty with each one. My earrings that I bought broke so I took them back to get a new pair as the warranty guarantees. When they looked me up in the system there was no evidence of purchases. I looked up my bank statments that included the store number that proved my purchase and even the extra price of the warranty. They said that it wasn't showing up in there system and there was nothing they could do. I provided them with proof and not only did they not honor my warranty, they treated me as if I was crazy and with rudeness, as if is was wasting their time. I used to be a huge fan of the piercing pagoda but now I will never go back there again and I will never let anyone I know buy from there. I have never had such bad customer experience. I was especially shocked at the older woman with short curly blonde hairs lack of regard for me as a customer and a person. I can't believe it.

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I had when I went to return a pair of earrings I had purchased with a warrantee during this year. I went to the mall with my pair of defective earings and the women working said they could not find in the system that I had even purchased these earrings. I brought up on my bank account statment that I had and which day that I had purchased these earings. Even with proving that I was correct with my bank statments, they denied me the warrantee and I could not get a new pair of earings that were nearly $60.00. Then, I became nervous about other jewerly I had purchased from that exact location a few months ago and again my purchase and warrantee was not in the system but I proved my purchase again with banking statments, store numbers, and dates and they ignored my request to have this looked into. I had been a fan on percing pagodas since I was young but I will never buy from here again and I will make sure no one I know will do the same.
