Overcharging Sales Tax
The Pink Browny store location in the Fashion Valley Shopping Center is overcharging on sales tax per California law. It is 7.75% in their area and they are wrongfully charging 9.5%. No refunds allowed either. Buyer beware!

I 100% agree with one of the reviews below. 1) the clothes were too expensive for its material, I basically bought 2 crop tops, super thin and see through flower ones, that cost a total of $50. Cheap material. 2) I couldn’t try them on because they had NO FITTING ROOM! Tell me how are people going to see if it looks good if you don’t try it on before you buy.3) they only offered exchange? No returns? This place is greedy and will take ya money.
Horrible customer service / return policy
I recently purchased some clothes from this store and was not allowed to try on anything which is understandable during these current times but then they said to me that I could try on the stuff bring it back if I didn’t like it and will be eligible for store credit. They only put one receipt in my bag didn’t explain the return policy and on the receipt I have had no return policy at all so when I came back trying to exchange the clothes theywont
