PINK - Norman, Oklahoma 73072 - Sooner Mall

I will never shop at this store again. The first girl we met was friendly and helpful--the cashier was a whole different story. She was politely rude and I do not understand why it was an issue to hand me my receipt versus stapling it on a bag that she was handing to me. I shop frequently with my granddaughters and have always had a pleasant experience at the stores in Penn Square and Quail Springs Malls. I will avoid the Sooner Mall in Norman and shop at the stores in other malls and towns. I do understand the safety protocols with Covid but please explain to me why a cashier can hand a bag to me but not a receipt and then act as if she is doing me a favor--I still have to touch where she has touched and I don't really believe that either one of us is safer if I take the receipt stapled to the bag off or she hands it to me. Just to note that has not been a policy in any of the other Victoria's Secret or Pink stores we have visited or purchased items in.
