I left with a partial head of foils because the stylist Jeanine did not listen to what I was looking for and got defensive, called in another stylist to emphatically insist that I needed something I was not looking for. I told them they seemed defensive and I was only trying to get what I asked for and came in for. First stylist walked away and refused to finish the service... Was told by manager Jessy that another stylist would be with me in 10 to 15 minutes and then was told they needed to rinse me and they had no time to fix the issue. Walked out with bleached pieces of blonde hair on dark brown. Worst customer service approach and initial insensitivity I have ever encountered in all of my years. I left crying and upset because I was not listened to initially about what I came in to receive and pay for. Was referred to DM Sal and told I would receive a call. I will report to BBB.
