Ordered a silver tray from Pottery Barn online. This store filled the order by sending me a broken tray that had been a much mistreated floor sample. Styling themselves after "Pier One". What goes around, comes around!
Customer mislead of out of stock item
My order was incomplete, Ordered a decanter with matching glasses, After I recieved decanter I was then told the glasses (which complemented The Set) was no longer available. I’ve tried calling varies stores throughout the region at no avail!!! What a Bummer!! You were very much aware the glasses were no longer available at the time I ordered the decanter, Why not inform the customer then allow me to decide if I still want that item!!!very misleading.
