If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I waited 5 months for $3000 worth of chairs only to find that they ordered the wrong chairs. The correct ones were ordered but only if I paid another $3K which would be refunded when the correct chairs were delivered and the others returned. That all being done one month ago but I am still waiting for my $3K. I have spoken to a dozen PB customer service reps and all say the same thing, "let me look into it and I will call back". To date no one has returned a call with the latest promise coming on June 13th from the Portland store. I would encourage everyone to avoid Pottery Barn and their deceptive business practices
