To see someone spend $3000+ in this store and then be treated with such disrespect and recorded as if they are the criminal is horrendous. This isn't the first incident

The employees are so kind and always go above and beyond. I am a POC and have never had an issue as other reviews state.
Manager needs to humble himself.
The manager at this location is the most arrogant person I’ve ever dealt with, needs to snap back to reality and realize he does not own Prada to be hateful towards Hispanics, kick people out for not being “well dressed” to his standards. Take your business elsewhere!

Worst customer service special manager he called me I’m aggressive when I told him give me my space he thinks he can tell me put ur mask all the way when my nose was covered I can’t tell him give me my space he was on my face if he is talking about mask where is my 6 ft and I said im leaving he said leave we don’t need ur business guess what Prada you have lost 3 loyal clients I promise myself no more Prada for us manager need training
Kid Unfriendly
The most kid unfriendly and generally unfriendly place on earth. Given that it’s actually coming from David M, the general manager, I would seriously look into this if I we’re there leadership team.
