I am considering taking legal action against this Macy's salon. After my stylist did not show up for my appointment, someone else, Katrina, (I believe) cut my hair. I only wanted a trim 1/4"-1/2" no more. My hair, with my back to the mirror, was cut to about 1" all over my head. When I realized how much she had cut off...all my naturally curly hair, I became very angry...but she kept cutting, until I TOLD her to stop. I have never had my hair this short in my life. It is horrible. There is no style to it. It will be months for it to grow out. You owe me the cost of the cut, and a wig to wear while it grows out. I did a review in Macy's Oxmoor Center, and it is not there. I also sent my complaints to the manager, who has not gotten back to explain why a stylist would take liberties with anyones hair, and do whatever they decided to do. This is abuse. I will NOT let this rest!
