Nails acrilics
They are fine acrilics but not great. They made them really thin and weird looking and odd. They were mean also.
Save your time!
They do good nails, but they have no idea how to run a business or provide good customer service! If you walk in and they tell you it will be five or ten minutes... What they really mean is 25 or 30. Don't even get me started on appointments. They don't really honor those so you might as well just walk in.
After years and years, it was the final straw when I walked in at 3:25pm for a 3:30 appointment and was told my nail tech wasn't even there and wouldn't be until 4pm. I never bring my five year old, but she wanted to go and it was supposed to be a quick fill so I let her tag along thinking I'd be in and out in half an hour. Now I'd have to wait for more than half an hour before even starting! This has happened not once, not twice, but so many times I cannot count and not once has anyone even apologize. I've been a loyal customer following these nail techs for more than 15 years! If this is how they treat me, imagine how they'll treat someone new.
