Daughter-in-law
My 88-year-old mother-in-law had a bad experience with a female sales representative on 12/21/23. She pulled my mother-in-law over as she was walking by, and she talked her into buying a bag of beauty items that cost $540. Their sales tactics are deceptive, and their receipts are not itemized so you can see how much each item costs. This was a classic example of someone taking advantage of an elderly person not understanding everything. Sad!

They hand you samples and ask you to step in. I felt pressured and regret to have bought $200 worth of products. Salesman was in my space, ran my credit card but would not give me my products. Asked me to try on eye cream, masks and another product worth $699. I refused. then offered $149. Talk about scam. I repeatedly said I had to leave but ignored me and insisted on looking at more products. Then asked me to do a facial. AVOID THIS STORE!!
Very aggressive, unethical sales tactics
My college age son was targeted by them, told them no several times & was pressured into buying $200.00 worth of product, they even wanted him to buy more than that. Never again.
Essentially holds you hostage
Decided to listen to her try to sell to the product to be nice, every time we said we had to leave due to our baby being upset she continued to pressure us into staying & listening. She also was way too close to my face. Being pregnant while in the middle of a pandemic I did not appreciate that lack of concern for personal space.
