Deceptive merchandise
April 2021, I purchased what I was informed by Prime Time Jewelers store manager, was a gold chain for $169. About 3 weeks after purchase, the gold chain broke while I was adjusting my gold charm on the chain. I took the gold chain back and upgraded to a larger gold chain after being assured by the store manager that the chain would be stronger and less likely to break. I paid an additional $165 to upgrade to a little thicker chain
