My son purchased a Christmas present for his grandpa last night. When he got it home he noticed the bottom was slightly dented. When we tried to return it this morning. The person on duty told me he could not return it, because we may have damaged it at home. He said we should have noticed it before we left. I showed him the small dent and said it would be easy to miss. He replied he wouldn’t have missed it and that he wouldn’t be able to resell it. We spent $75 in the store and will not be returning. I understand the customer isn’t always right, but I do believe you should give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I am a small business owner myself and that is what I do. I’ve noticed it is difficult to review this store and I believe there may be a reason for that.
