THE OWNER IS CRAP
I'm truly disappointed, embarrassed & straight disgusted with the owner of this business the bitter old lady with the Dora the explorer hair cut. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. But under that kind of management I'm surprised. She couldn't do a simple fill. Didn't even know where the nail polish was. This lady couldn't keep her eyes on my nails to save her life, she was burning the sides of my fingers while filing because she just wouldn't pay attention. Somebody burped she looked. Somebody made a sound, she looked. She didn't even shave all the gel polish off ?Then when it came time to out the acrylic on my nails. She BARELY tapped the powder & left my nail soaked. My fill didn't fill to my cuticles. It filled to the bottom of the existing acrylic and I complained. After the THIRD time I told her about the SAME nail, she then stood up, told me to leave her store & never have my face seen in there again. She then started to cuss me out in Chinese. I'm just sitting there waiting for the male employee to help me because he's done my nails everytime perfectly. She then WENT TO THE BACK OF THE STORE N TOOK A NAP. Who the fuck does that?! If you decide to get your nails done. Ask for anybody BUT her. I'm not her first customer complaint.
