Unacceptable service. I arrived at 11:30 and there was a sign saying they'd be back at 1. So I return at 1:15 and they still aren't there. Thinking they must just be running late I wait. 1:30, still not there. Do not use. You might never get your clothes back.

Professional Tailor is Top Notch. My daughter's prom dress was beautifully altered and finished the day before it was promised. I would highly recommend this business.

We have been coming to Thien at the Burnsville location for years! She is very knowledgeable about the garments and knows what needs to done to get the perfect, professional, well-fitted tailored piece. Whether it be a gown, slacks, coat, suit, etc...she knows exactly what & how to make it "custom" for the person. Her customer service is 2nd to none as well! One time I mistakenly gave her the wrong date that I needed my sons suit. When I called her in a panic, she reassured me she will take care of it immediately and even drove it out to our house (10 miles away) after she closed shop! I would Highly recommend Thien & her shop for all your tailoring needs!

I found a jacket I could wear at gigs on a sale rack but the sleeves were too long. Brought it to Thien and she shortened the sleeves perfectly! Can't wait for our next gig! Thanks Thien!

I couldn't be happier with Professional Tailor! My son's winter coat's zipper had broken and because it was the middle of the winter, they offered to replace it within an hour or so. The replaced zipper looked just like the original zipper. I highly recommend them.
