This place deserves 0 stars based on policy and customer service alone. You can not try clothing on , nor can you return an item(dress) if it doesnt fit. The manager is a B! She refused to give me corporates phone number because she “didn’t want to”, also I couldn’t get the managers name for reference. I will never ever shop at q luv or any affiliates.
