I went to the location at Inland Center Mall on a break from work. I didn't find anything, and headed over to another store to keep looking. There was a lady that ran towards me yelling,"Excuse me...the bell went off when you left store. In did not want confrontation, so I went back to walk through sensor. Needless to say, nothing happened. She did not apologize. I despise racial profiling. I WILL NOT EVER SHOP AT Q-LUV ANYWHERE!
Rude Employees
I visited this store yesterday w/ my sisters, & I loved the clothes they had to offer! But the reason I am giving 1 star is because the women working there were extremely rude & disrespectful. They did not handle my items w/ care whatsoever, & they also gave us all glares. I greeted them with nice gestures & polite greetings, but they did not reciprocate. They were not welcoming, & they did not care about the customers’ needs. Fix your employees.
