Be careful purchasing here
Not the best customer service. Bought a skirt that I noticed was damaged once I got home, had a full week of work so decided to go back a bit later. They have a 14 day return policy so I didn’t see a problem. Turns out they can’t do a refund because it was damaged and they “check” everything so, they pretty much called me liar. Anyways please be careful when you purchase from them, learn from my mistake. Hopefully they do better at “checking”.
CARELESS RUDE HORRIBLE
I had bought a skirt from q as soon as I got home I realized the skirt had a hole. They said I had 15 days to return and when I did come back they said they couldn’t do nothing about it. They didn’t even seem to care at all. Honestly I don’t recommend this place. They say they check the items before selling. And it’s sad to see that they couldn’t even refund to store credit.
