Rude owner
Love the store, but why does the owner have to be so mean? Each time we come we encounter her poor attitude. She does not have a suitable personality for owning a toy store which requires patience and a warm, welcoming attitude. Please enroll her in a customer service class for the benefit of your mall.
Lots of Toys but bad service
