Horrible store filled with Bad attitudes.
I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Today I received the worst customer service from this store. I came to return 3 items. When I came in, I was not greeted. No one reached out to help me. And I had to ask for help.
When I finally got the help, The lady named La’brea gave me to worst attitude. And her co-worker lied to me. I had my online items for 15 days. And was told I could not return these items after 7 days, which in reality I could had within 30 days.
I found out the truth by going to another rainbow shop 20 minutes away. And with in 5 minutes, I received my money back.
This store is DISGUSTING. Gum on the floors. A nasty counter and horrible customer service. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
