This lady was in their and tried to scam us and say the product would be free and then wanted to see my is and then said it would be 150 dollars . Then when I said I could’t pay she said oh your broke. And I was like whatttt. And I was in there with my sister and he said I fell bed for you because you can’t buy out product you bunch of bitches. This place is terrible, don’t waste your money here.

Stay away from this store! Our family has had to file both a state and federal consumer report. They are not only pushy but prey on people’s weakness to scam them into spending. With just a little research you’ll find it happens at malls all over the nation. Absolutely disgusting!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This store employs high pressure sales tactics and unethical practices. I came home with an OPENED and USED product. Worse, it was not the product I thought I was purchasing. I understand that they have NO REFUNDS however, the fact that I received something that was used and did not intentionally purchase... I felt it warranted a refund. Not the case. PLEASE stay away, they are rated an "F" by the BBB.

Very pushy, and extremely rude people work here. They will not let you leave until you buy something you do not want

I came by for a facial two weeks ago and left feeling pampered and relaxed and extremely educated about skincare. Giselle (sp?) showed me how to care for "35+" skin using the products I had purchased previously. Using her suggestions, I have improved the look and feel of my skin and decreased some problem areas. I definitely recommend a visit to Rajenuir. I will be back!

When I bought product from these people I agreed to a certain price, but then they threw a couple more products on at a slightly higher price, so I agreed to that new price. When I asked them if they were going to charge me twice for the earlier lower price, they said no, and that I would I only would be charged once, which was a lie because they never canceled out $1300 charge. So they robbed me and claimed I had agreed to it the entire time!

Great service nice product a little pricey that’s really nice experience with a high and skin care

I was walking by with my daughter, and the sales woman gave me a series of compliments (that I was not flattered by). She gave me a sample and told me to come over because it would take 2 seconds. I am a kind person, and didn’t want to be rude. Before I knew it, I was in a chair and she was putting some crime under my eyes. She even asked me to put my mask down. She was in my face! Social distancing was not observed. I never gave her permission to put anything on my face, yet there I was. I felt violated, but I couldn’t move. She tried to sell me something, and I was clear that I wouldn’t buy anything, and I left. That wasn’t the worst part. Whatever it is she put in me, was a crusty white thing that burned. I washed it off as soon as I got home. Thankfully I was done shopping because it left a large white residue around my eye. But that isn’t the worst part either. I now have a rash under my eye. I am mad with nowhere to go. Do not go there. Don’t grab the sample. Don’t even look in the direction of the store.

I was stopped by one of their sales individuals. I really liked their products. I told the sales individual. I have an critically ill child. So I didn’t have the money to spend $300 on skin care. She acted like I grew horns and a tail in front of her. I definitely wasn’t worth her time.
