Poor customer service . No GM
What happened to this store ? Where is the prior GM Renata ? No one cares for the brand and staff. I walked in and no one said a word. It’s disappointing to say the least. I used to love coming here to purchase my purple label items with the GM and always had a first class service with water, chocolates or even fresh spirit of my wish .
What has happened to the best staff members ? Keirsten , and Mrs Anna? No one can tailor anymore.
