Raymour & Flanigan Outlet - Massapequa, New York 11758 - Sunrise Mall NY

My Husband and I visited Raymore and Flanagan, found a floor sample console. Looked it over seemed like a very good piece of furniture and an a very good buy. Spoke with Salesman and decided to purchase it. We would pick it up in 3 days. Upon getting it home relized this was not the piece we chose. This one had 2 nicks on it, not the same tone of wood and a faulty drawer. Upon complaining to the Salesman he insisted this was the exact piece, and we did not notice the faults of this piece We would have been blind not to notice these flaws.Kept on saying Was wrong. But even though it was a final sale he said he would allow us to return it. Iwant the piece we picked out I believe it was a bait and switch. We have been customers of Raymore and Flanagan for years not anymore Very Dissapionted!!!!!!
