Waited 7months to see the new Bond Movie
We waited for 7 months to see the new James Bond movie and it did not start on time. We had to tell 3 people - 3 different times to get someone who even seemed to care enough to look into the problem. Then it still took forever for it to finally start. Great customer service - NOT! You had one job to do. Make sure the movie starts on time. When the manager eventually comes in the theater she laughs and never even apologized!
