I have been coming to this center since the movie theater was in the corner or maybe even earlier
I have enjoyed the evolution
BUT recently my husband & I have found disappointment in the addition of panhandlers
Both a man & woman with similar heart wrenching saga of baby etc.
It has been both our long found experience that somewhat well dressed pan handlers are often professional pan handlers
and if not...with all the employees needed signs in this center-it is obvious jobs are available for people who want to work...unless as has been proven statistically pan handling is more lucrative than menial jobs
please address this conundrum at the facility that was doing so well
