Watch the clock
Stopped for about 2 minutes in the middle of my massage to talk and look at something I couldn't see as I was face down on the table. Then stopped 2 minutes short of the full 20 minutes, so I got 16 minutes for the price of 20.
My wife was getting a foot massage while my back was being worked on. Her experience was a little bit better, they only shorted her 2 minutes.
They talked loudly during our entire session, definitely not relaxation!
