I've had only positive experiences with Nathan. He's fixed broken jewelry, sized rings, and replaced stones. I found him to be very pleasant and professional. I'm bringing in another piece for him to fix this week.

I got several watch batteries replaced. He was so nasty to me. AND THE BATTERIES ONLY LASTED A FEW MONTHS. I think he used old batteries. He doesn't even deserve 1 star.
