Rise Pies Handcrafted Pizza - Aurora, Illinois IL 60502 - Chicago Premium Outlets

I was walking the outlet mall with my two sons Kyle and Dylan when I encountered the store. Upon entering the store I looked to make eye contact with cashier, but I was not greeted by the staff. Instead the staff awkwardly stared at us until we said hello and began our order. We ordered a single pepperoni pizza, and were looking forward to the advertised 3 minute wait time. We soon found ourselves remiss as we waited for fifteen minutes for our promised 3 minute pizza. After receiving the pizza, we found no problems with the pizza, but it was underwhelming. What was more concerning was that another customer had been waiting 25 minutes to receive their pizza only to be told that their pizza had been burned. Overall the pizza was fine, but the service and wait times in comparison to the advertised three minutes is what really upset me.
