Fast service on repairs and custom work, Good customer service
DO NOT PURCHASE
If you can buy from somewhere else please do. My fiance bought my engaement ring in March of 2018. Between March and September of 2018 a diamond fell out of my ring. The jeweler replaced the diamond and stated that the ring needs to be brought in every two months for inspection and cleaning. Not even two weeks after getting the diamond replaced it fell out again. A few weeks later another diamond fell out. This is unacceptable and the company wants us to pay for the missing diamonds. After they stated at the last visit that they would replace free of charge if within the 2 month time span. They are dishonest and scam artist.
