Steer clear of this company!! The manager scammed me completely and I now have a case with the bbb against them!! Never mind how rude and careless that manager is.

I was called into the store for a ring cleaning, mind you I was just walking past. I let a sales girl Stephanie clean my ring, but as she asked me questions, I let her know my budget for jewelry was about one hundred dollars. She walked away from me, my rings and passed me off to another very rude sales person. Obviously my hundred dollars is appreciated somewhere else, and it was directly across the hall at Kay’s where they were very nice and I ended up opening a two thousand dollar line of credit to treat myself. Shop at Kay’s! They have nicer staff !!
