Nice goods. However, very poor customer service South Park Meadow, Austin. They refuse to assist customers with heavy furniture items to their car. Then ask if can hold for pickup when I can come back with help. Refused to hold paid items. So I had to return items. I have had sales associates at other locations assist with loading vehicle after pulling up at front door of store. That type of customer service is poor performance. Not allowed to assist outside store nor hold for pickup.
