Bad attitudes
The only reason it’s 2-stars is because of the pieces that I bought. They had terrible customer service, was rude, and untimely with my chain set. It’s frustrating when you have spent your money somewhere and they treat you like their last sale. They no longer have my business, it’s wayyy to many jewelers in Houston.

WE ACTUALLY HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPIRENCE, MY HUSBAND & I WENT IN TO GET OUR MARRIAGE RINGS, NOT ONLY ARE THEY GORGEOUS, BUT THE SALES REP, MS. SARAH WAS AWESOME IN ASSISSITNG US WITH THE ENTIRE PURCHASE. WE WERE ABLE TO GET MY HUSBANDS RING SIZED AND PICKED UP IN A SUFFICIENT TIMELY MANNER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR FRIENDS & FAMILY TO THIS PLACE.
Fradualent Company
So I went to Royal Jewelers in Humble and I purchased a ring on 08/29 I was never once told that there was no returns or exchanges on the item. The only sign that’s posted is one that says that once merchandise has started to be altered it can not be returned or exchanged. So I called today on 08/30 to cancel my order since they told me that my ring would not be ready for pick up till 08/31. Whenever I called the sales person that I bought from he proceeded to tell me that there were no returns or exchanges so I explained to the sales associate that he never once explained that too me. He simply said oh well that it was my fault for not taking the receipt (he never once offered it to me). I am now stuck paying $2500 for something that I do not want bc of this companies deceptive sales practice. He will not give me the number to corporate nor can I find it online. He gave me an email address that just goes to his personal email address. I want everyone to know about this shady place so they will not have to endure the same thing that I did. Update: the ring didn’t have real diamonds, it was fake & they still refused to give me a refund. I will be filing a civil lawsuit.
