I recently had the most horrible experience on the phone with Ryan Green I told him I was going to cancel my insurance and I was going with another agent he was livid with me he proceeded to yell at me question me remind me how long I’ve been with him and when he wouldn’t explain to me what he needed from me in an email because he was busy yelling he hung up on me extremely unprofessional.
