Saint Laurent Bal Harbour Shops ... Terrible experience .. Purchased a pair of shoes for a birthday gift. Waited several weeks for shoes to arrive only to find out they sold me shoes that didn't exist they shoes were sold out. After weeks without notice . I showed up to the Bal harbour location and asked for them to resolve this, After pleading with them for over 20 min. They refused to provide me a comparable shoe for the sale price I paid and waited for. The staff there is extremely unprofessional and have terrible sales etiquette. What happen to customer is always right ? customer is first priority. Ruined Birthday ! I will never shop at this dump again. Lastly the store is dirty , dusty and hasn't been remodeled since the 1980s. Disgusting. STAY AWAY !! Saint Laurent Bal Harbour Shops
