Malcom’s Customer Service is Horrific.
So I went to purchase an item. The young man at the register was incredibly RUDE and CONFRONTATIONAL. I’m not writing this review for any other reason then management to become aware of this situation and prevent it from occurring to the next customer. I’ve also contacted corporate for them to address the situation. Hopefully this situation gets resolved and I can circle back with a better star rating/review.
Robots would have performed better
Incompetent sales persons. An even exchange is an insurmountable task for them. In the end I gad to pay more for a belt one size smaller.
