My daughter bought a very expensive handbag, but several weeks later her father bought her the actual handbag that she preferred. The handbag was kept in the original box and was never used. When I attempted to return the handbag, the employee said there was scratch on the bag and would not accept it. It ended up not being a scratch just a small black piece of what appears as lint. I went back into the store and he continued to insist the bag had been used. I again told him bag was never used in was kept in original box until I attempted to return. Will never shop at Saks Fifth Avenue again especially Louis Vuitton.
