These people hook you up with some sort of free SPA treatments but when you go they only want to sell you an EXCESSIVELY expensive blue light device at $4000 which you can find at $100 elsewhere. Then they refuses to give you the treatment even though I spent $400 in product already. Avoid them at all.

This place does not tell you that there is no refunds, in fact they say you have so many days to try their products or you can return, they were pressuring and aggressive over purchasing their products. Rude and not trust worthy. I give them a zero rating on their business.

As a consumer, I have 30 days to return an item with receipt. They refused to refund my money for a sub par flat iron. Consumer law states signage must be posted in the store if the policy is for an exchange only. Stating it on the receipt post sale is being Unfair & Deceptive t the consumer. At this location, there was no signage or notifications. They are not following consumer law and I don't recommend purchasing anything from this store.

I have tried the product I bought (Celestolite)at the Home and Garden Show a few times and the results look nothing like at show. I believe they did some kind of bait and switch scam. I contacted them with my concerns and wanted to return it and get a refund, but they don't offer refunds. Buyer beware.

Extremely disappointed. Was never told upfront that if for any reason I was not satisfied with the product that I could return it for a full refund. Did not realize this until I got home and looked at the copy of the receipt I was given, which said "no refunds." Won't be buying any product anymore; furthermore, I am passing the word to my friends to AVOID this kiosk at all costs. Stuck with $324.75 worth of useless product! Won't even give it a "1" star.
