I took a tennis bracelet in to be fixed and I swear they switched it but I can't prove it because I didn't take pictures of my bracelet but I know my diamonds was much bigger can't prove it but they just won't get my business anymore.

Sam's gets angry very quick when asked to replace a defective jewelry component. The Jewelry was not soldered correctly and not at all; I asked before I left the store and the sales person verified for me that the final link had been soldered, I did not have my glasses, It was in fact an open piece not soldered at all, When I returned to my home and looked for my self with a magnifying device, there was no solder. The ring was just pinched together; a clear sign for me that the jewelry was not to my standard or anyone's for that matter. I guess I will file a grievance to get what is do to me; This should not be required in order to receive proper Jewelry That You Just Purchased With Cash!!!
