Shop at another Jewelry Store
My most recent gift from Sam's was a pair of earrings. I opened them and one of the posts was horribly bent. I took the earring in to be fixed, since there are no returns/exchanges. When the earring was picked up, they told my husband that I bent it by trying to forcibly shove the back on. I had never even tried the earring on. It would be nice if the store could have admitted to selling defective earrings instead of making false accusations.
