I won't be shopping here again.
I was returning a suitcase with Zach. He was patient with the process but David was rude. He was talking about the process which confused me and then he talked about how bad the company is. That doesn't make me feel confident about buying from your store. He was overbearing, if he made me feel unconfident I can't imagine how Zach felt during the process either.
Old guy was rude
I don't know if this guy is new or what but he was exceptionally rude not only to me but the girl who works there. I usually stop by a couple times but I'm not sure I will anymore. He was pretty cocky and not a good sales person. I think what took the cake was how rude he was to his staff. That girl who name I didnt get was sweet and informative. This old guy just swooped in.
