Awful experience here, Brought my aunt's phone to fix, a phone that I got only 3 months ago and I had to deal with one of the nastiest persons I have ever deal with. She insisted that she was doing me a favor just by talking to me cause they dont provide warranty on phones sold by amazon even when the cellphone was totally under warranty at samsung.com, she insisted that the screen burnt my phone that was my fault even when it is super common on S8 and there are thousands of complaints about this online...awful manners, rude, disgusting human being in general...I called Samsung later that day and they confirmed me that the phone was under manufacturer warranty and they had no clue why they were doing this at this store...Great job helping Apple by putting this kind of persons as the face of your brand Samsung.
